Young filmmakers learn all about the different aspects of filmmaking in our fun and friendly filmmaking classes
What’s unique about filmmaking is that it combines creativity, teamwork, and technology. With a little bit of guidance and a lot of creative license, our goal is to instill that everyone can be a storyteller. We have to find out where your kid's passion can help.
The benefits of introducing kids to filmmaking. Aside from allowing them to express their creativity, introducing filmmaking to children improves skills like:
Understanding how to read narratives
Reading, writing,
Critical thinking and decision-making
Leading and directing a team
Problem-solving
Searching and designing costumes
Music
Screenwriting: During the screenwriting stage, kids face the exciting challenge of writing dialogue and telling their stories through locations, settings, and moods. Inspiration for the construction of these elements can come from watching other films, school, friendships, or even just taking a walk around the neighborhood.
We will end camp by inviting friends and family to view our work on Friday, July 19th at 1 pm!
